1. Braces & Supports

30-Day Refund Policy

You can send your product back within 30 days of delivery for a refund or an exchange.

Eligibility requirements:

  • Products may be worn or tried to check fit and performance
  • We accept size exchanges even when the product has been used, so you can get the right fit
  • Returns are allowed even when the product did not meet your expectations
  • Products must not show intentional damage or signs of misuse

Please keep in mind:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected
  • Refunds are processed in 3–7 business days (up to 15 business days depending on the provider)

Faulty Items (Within 180 Days)

  • Contact us with clear photos showing the issue
  • We will arrange a free replacement at no cost to you
  • All faulty claims receive priority handling

You can return your electronic device within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

  • Returns are allowed even when the product did not meet your expectations
  • Products must not show intentional damage or signs of misuse

Please keep in mind:

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect
  • Refunds are issued after the item has been received and inspected
  • Refunds are processed in 3–7 business days (up to 15 business days depending on the provider)

1-Year Warranty (From Date of Delivery)

All electronic devices come with a 12-month warranty.

This includes:

  • Manufacturing defects
  • Hardware malfunctions
  • Functional failure under normal use

To qualify:

  • The issue must be reported within 365 days of delivery
  • Clear photo or video proof may be required
  • The original unit must be returned

Please keep in mind:

  • Refunds are not provided after the initial 30-day period
  • The warranty does not include accidental damage or misuse

3. Bundle Purchases

Items bought as part of a bundle promotion are treated as one combined offer. If part of a bundle is returned, the bundle discount no longer applies and the refund will be recalculated using the standard price of the item(s) kept. Because of this, the refund amount may be lower than the original bundled value.

4. Rashguards - The Grapplers’ Guarantee

You can roll in it, sweat in it, and train hard — if you are not 100% satisfied, return it for a full refund within 90 days. No questions asked. This guarantee applies only to rashguards.

5. How to Start a Return

To start your return, please email anacondakneebrace@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A clear photo of the item

Our team will send you the correct return instructions.
After your return is approved and shipped, please provide the return tracking number. This lets us monitor the return and helps ensure your request is processed faster and more efficiently.
