Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
Do you provide return labels?
We don’t include prepaid return labels. Return postage is paid by the customer, while we cover the shipping cost for the replacement item.
What does your return policy include?

How long do exchanges usually take?
After your return is verified, exchanges are handled within 2–3 business days. Sending the return tracking number helps move the process faster.
Shipping & Delivery
Where are orders shipped from?
We ship from Arizona, USA, and also use a UK warehouse for orders going to the UK and EU.
Do you offer international shipping?
We ship to the US, Canada, Australia, the UK & Europe. At the moment, we are unfortunately unable to ship to Ukraine.
Can you ship to Asia?
At this time, we do not ship to Asia.
How quickly is an order fulfilled?
Orders are fulfilled within 24 hours after purchase.
What are the delivery timeframes?
US Orders: 3–7 business days
UK orders include 24 to 48 hour delivery options
International Orders: 14–28 business days

Machine wash using a normal cycle, then air dry only.

Knee Brace
What makes the brace with stabilizers different from the one without?
With stabilizers: Includes flexible rods on both sides for extra support—best for serious injuries (not legal for BJJ competition).
Without stabilizers: Ideal for everyday support and prevention. It still provides strong compression.
The gel pad is now positioned inside the brace for improved comfort and stability.
Can I order one brace with stabilizers and one without?
Yes, simply add each option to your cart separately.
Can I select two separate sizes?
Yes. Choose each size and add them to your cart one at a time.
Can the stabilizers be removed?
No, they are sewn in to provide lasting support.
Are these braces made for the left or right leg?
No. Our braces are universal and can fit either leg.

What materials are used?
Made with Polyester, Nylon, and Spandex, using 3D knitting for strong compression and flexibility.
What are the thickness and weight?
Thickness: 1–2 mm
Weight: 220–300g depending on size
Elbow Brace
How does it reduce hyperextension risk?
It supports your elbow to restrict overextension during training or falls, helping lower injury risk. However, it does not fully prevent hyperextension—use carefully and speak with a professional if needed.
Why is there no padding on the elbow hinge?
The padding focuses on the inner and outer elbow—common injury areas such as Golfer’s and Tennis Elbow—without limiting your mobility.
Shoulder Brace
Can women wear the shoulder brace comfortably?
Yes, it is designed to fit all genders comfortably.
Knee Brace Massager
How can I tell when it is fully charged?
The battery indicator turns green when fully charged. While in use, it shows blue during normal operation and red when the battery is low.
How long will the battery run?
Up to 2.5 hours per charge. It includes adjustable heat (40–60°C), vibration, and compression levels.
Can it be used while plugged in?
No, for safety reasons, it cannot be used while charging.
